Job description:
1. A high level of responsibility and oversees a project from inception to completion
2. Demonstration of a capacity for creativity and excellent technical ability
3. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian standards, codes and international reference standard
4. Supervise & control Finishes Work
5. Comparing the drawings with B.O.Q.
6. Write inspection reports and site instructions
7. Prepare & attend coordination meetings among all concerned parties
8. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications leading
9. Prepare through & detailed snag lists for different structural work

Site Civil Engineer

Job description:
1. Perform site reviews and field work during construction phase
2. Ability to work in a team environment
3. Supervise & control Concrete Work
4. Comparing the drawings with B.O.Q.
5. Write inspection reports and site instructions
6. Prepare & attend coordination meetings among all concerned parties
7. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications leading
8. Prepare thorough & detailed snag lists for different structural work

Technical Office Architect

Job description:
1. Review and approve contractor’s monthly payments
2. Prepare, review and approve quantity surveys submitted by the contractors in accordance with the current invoices
3. Prepare, review and approve the variation orders submitted by the contractors
4. Prepare the breakdowns required for the new items added to the contracts
5. Cost estimate for the new items added to the contracts
6. Full awareness with the local market suppliers and updated price lists
7. Review contractors’ workshop drawings for architectural activities
